Douglas is a Principal at A|r, with extensive experience leading behavioral health, K-12 education, institutional, and vertical transportation design projects. During his three decades of practice, Douglas has combined his extensive understanding of management, documentation, and construction administration with a drive to see projects through to successful completion. His natural abilities to facilitate clear communication and process are the foundations of a management style that is collaborative and inclusive. Douglas is a LEED Certified registered architect in New York State and is a graduate of SUNY Alfred and the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning.
