Since joining Architectural Resources in 2007, César has grown into one Western New York’s leaders in Building Information Modeling (BIM), having assisted in the delivery of high quality behavioral health projects through the use of technology, parametric design and point cloud data review. His expertise in clash detection of building trades has enabled the streamlining of the coordination process while using BIM as a tool for efficient project delivery. He has supported A|r staff, sub-consultants, and clients in the implementation of BIM from design through construction by creating standards, specifications, and methods that are applicable to behavioral projects of varying scales. As an Autodesk Certified Professional, and clash coordination specialist, César has mastered the deployment of BIM in multifaceted construction environments which encompass complex existing conditions and large-scale new builds. Cesar holds a Master of Architecture from the University at Buffalo. Prior to joining A|r, he completed his studies in the field of architecture in Puerto Rico, Italy, Japan, Spain and Brazil.
