Arlita C. McNamee

Practice Strategy

Arlita brings a strong background in planning and strategy to her role at Architectural Resources, working closely with firm leaders to ensure exceptional client engagement, project vision and successful project outcomes. With over fifteen years of experience working with both private and public institutional clients, she excels at creating and presenting well-researched, impactful design solutions to partners across various sectors. Prior to joining A|r, Arlita spent a decade in the planning and implementation of STEM education programs in K-12 school systems in Brazil, South Africa, UK and USA. Arlita speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese, and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Toronto and a Master’s degree in Planning and Environmental Studies from York University.
