This project transforms an existing hotel for a new use – utilizing half of the existing footprint for a boutique-style hotel and converting half to studio apartments.
A two-acre lagoon pool will be added to the site, following completion of the renovations.
The development project includes a large corporate office building to border the southern half of the lagoon, and two mixed-use towers that house residential condos, class A office space, structured parking and ground floor commercial/restaurant/retail space.
Several midrise apartment structures and a series of parking carousels will infill the remainder of the site.
