The branding and design guideline master document will support the company through its expansion and acquisition of new properties, providing a cost-effective decision-making tool that ensures aesthetic consistency of the Life Storage brand.
Multiple concept studies were developed, each offering variations for building scale, proportion, massing, materiality, color, and lighting to find a version that best resonated with the company’s image. The final concept creates a clean, consistent, and sophisticated design based on a set of rules and massing hierarchy that can be adapted to the size, style, and context of their facilities to maintain the Life Storage brand across all locations nationwide.
