This once deteriorating warehouse has been transformed into an incubator of collaborative businesses. A collection of affordable studio spaces surrounds central gallery space. The irregular geometry of the gallery and corridor walls allows the art installations to effortlessly flow through the building. The design was successful in creating dynamic gallery and studio space while remaining true to the building's warehouse roots. The cable stayed walls rise to varying heights exposing structural and mechanical systems.
